Terms & Conditions Effective 18.5.20

• If you find a UK retailer offering the same wine at a cheaper price, please give us a call on 0161 834 3210

• Let our lovely team know which wine you’ve seen and where else you’ve spotted it

• As soon as this is verified, we’ll take your payment and delivery details over the phone.

 

Things to keep in mind before you give us a call

• We can only price match against websites from retailers in the UK

• Wines must be exactly the same product, vintage included

• The product must be in stock on the competitor’s website and be able to deliver within 7 days

• We don’t price match against any trade or wholesale sites

• We don’t price match with auction websites

• Price must be for individual bottles and without a multiple discount (e.g. buy 6, save 10%)

• Unfortunately, we can’t offer a price match on competitors who are selling at a sale or promotional price

• Price matches cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer

• All price match purchase payments must be taken over the phone with our price match guru

• Our price matches do not include delivery

• Our price match guarantee excludes Champagne

 

Wine Club Returns

• If you wish to return a product, please do so via post or arrange drop-off to Sam’s Chop House, Back Pool Fold, Manchester, M2 1HN

• Goods must be received within 14 days of the date we delivered to you

• Goods must be received intact and unused with no breakage

• Refunds take up to 5 working days to process once received

• We will refund the full value of any bottles returned to us in satisfactory condition

• Wines bought in cases of 6 must be returned as a full case to receive a refund
